My vehicle was hit by another driver and my driver side door was badly damaged and was unable to completely close. While the door does close now, there is still a permanent gap which allows air through as I drive. Also, upon receiving my car back, my "Service Airbag" light was on, with no explanation.

The vehicle has not been fully repaired, and in particular, a brake issue that resulted from the accident and was specifically brought to the attention of Winner was not addressed and is a subsequent major safety issue.

Thank you for a job well done on my Chrysler 200! It looks brand new! I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone! The staff was always professional from Pearl at the front desk to Mike and his team in the auto shop. They all made this issue problem free from start to finish! The work took 3 weeks to complete. I had to call for updates instead of receiving a courtesy call. When I got the car back there was black overspray on the silver trim, there was a badge missing from the fender , and there was a single hole in the brand new grill. It was as if someone drilled a hole for a front license plate but then stopped for some reason. This car could not have been quality checked by anyone. This is not a body shop I would recommend or use again in the future knowing that they would allow these mistakes to be acceptable.
