The work looks beautiful, like nothing ever happened, but driving on the highway I could hear some rattling from the front passenger side where the fender was dented in and I believe it's slightly loose.

After waiting more than a month for an appointment for my minor 1800 damage repair, it took another 9 days for the repair to be completed. This seemed rather protracted based upon my previous experiences with your shop.

Car looks great! Thank you! Just one small item to note, the window washer reservoir was replaced but not refilled. Insurance was charged 3.00 for replace/refill so when my low washer sensor light came on st the end of the key collision driveway, I was concerned it was s sensor issue. I checked the fluid and it looks empty do I am sure that is the culprit. I will fill but just wanted to note that small tings like this can be annoying for dome customers and then they discount the great work that was done on the repair. Thanks again!

Concord collision made my experience flawless. They did my estimate took my car in and headed back when they promised. They dealt with the rental company for me and I was able to return my rental right there when I picked my car up it was a flawless experience.
