Specificially: - Your reception staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive - The quoting process took under 30min - Your staff worked directly with my insurance company (USAA) very effectively - My repair was completed according to schedule (actually one day early!) - The repairs look great! It couldn't of been a better experience. From handling all the insurance issues, handling most of my rental car issues, and getting updates via text messages made for a prefect experience for me. This was the first time I ever needed auto body work and use my car insurance in this matter. This could of been a very overwhelming experience for me but thankfully I used Concord Collision. Good people skills

The updates throughout were extremely helpful for hope and planning. When I saw my repaired car I was quite surprised at how new it looked. I placed my bag for work in the cargo area and the proceeded to the driver side to open the door and drive off. Once I opened the door I was shocked. Not only was the glass and debree vacuumed up on the driver seat, but it was so on the passenger seat. I glanced behind not expecting the back seat to also be cleaned. I was thrilled. Tears came to my eyes. I'm not a materialustic person, but I do have 2 kids ages 2 and 6.5. They make a huge mess. To go the extra mile and also vacuum up snack and toddler debree was a step that was unexpected and so unnecessary. I was floored. Just a wonderful addition to already excellent "attention to detail" job. I am beyond pleased with the service. Thank you so much.

Very pleasant and helpful, kept me well-informed and notified me several days ahead of the planned completion date that the car was ready. External surface work looks great but damaged fender liner was not replaced and does not fit as tightly to the fender as it should. Justin offered to order a new one and replace it when it comes in. I hope you'll ask me again when the job is done.
