Key Collision of Concord

Thank you for taking care of my vehicle. This is not my first experience with Concord Collison, and each time was served with great customer service and Justin is great. Personable service offering great experience and professionalism.Could not be more satisfied. .

I thought that it was awesome that I was updated every step of the way while my car was in the car of Concord Key Collision. My car was washed and vacuumed after I had picked it up, even though I picked it up earlier then what I had told them. The only thing that I found that wasn't done was that my trunk, when I open it the tabs that hold the trunk to the car hits a metal piece inside the trunk, so they forgot to add the rubber tabs but other then that it was an amazing experience and I definitely would go back

Brandi was calling every day or every other day to advise status of vehicle. Was more informed from her than our own insurance and fleet company. I would recommend you for anyone who has a need for your services.

I like Concord Collision Center. However, the passenger side door has two slight indentations on it that need to be looked at, and my parking pass that was hanging on the mirror inside the car is missing. I'll be in next week to chat with you, probably Tuesday. Thanks, Charles

The job was done thoroughly and although they had my car for a while, I was pleased that they took the time to do it right rather than rush it. I've had past experiences with a different local shop in which fingerprints were left in the paint on my bumper after repair.

I am very pleased with the quality of work done on my vehicle. My frustration comes from the communication. I felt like it was hard to get a final answer in regards to if the car was going to be repaired or considered a total loss. I realize that process takes time, but it felt like we were calling asking for updates during that time. I received plenty of updates once the work began but had the same trouble at the end of the process. The day before the car was scheduled to be done, I called late in the afternoon to verify the completion and was told at that point that it most likely wouldn't be done. I am not sure when I would have been notified of that the completion date was going to be different if I hadn't called. Again, I am very satisfied with the quality of work, I just found the communication to be frustrating.
