Your staff made me feel comfortable when I was traumatized by my accident on the day it happened. Brandie was most excellent, as was Melinda (? Do I have that right? Your front desk person). They were professional and courteous but also caring, considerate and compassionate. Today when I picked my RAV up the repairs were not complete b/c of a snafu with an interior part and all were very clear with the issue, the expectations and the steps that will be taken to rectify it. I am happy with the service and confident that the repairs are well done. If I find otherwise, I feel I will receive the same excellent care and services with any problems that come to light.
