Everyone was very nice and I was thrilled at the condition of my car - it was sparkling clean inside and out. I never expected the interior to be vacuumed. Thank you. We live on a dirt road and with the drought this summer, we've not washed our car. This was a nice extra. No offense, I hope to never see Concord Collision again, but if I have to I'll definitely come back. Thanks again.

We were surprised when we came to pick up our car, that despite an estimate of approximately $600, the final cost of the work done was over $1300. Even though we received updates that work was progressing on schedule, no mention was ever made that damages were more extensive than first observed and would increase the cost by more than double the original amount. We were denied a rental car by our insurance because it was below the deductible of $900. Had we, and our insurance company, been informed of the difference, my husband and I could have had a car available to us for the length of time our car was in the shop. I find it had to believe that, once the bumper was removed, a more accurate assessment could not have been done and we be informed of the cost. It was disappointing and upsetting to arrive at Concord Collision and discover such a large discrepancy between what we thought we owed and what we needed to pay.

Nothing to do with your service. However, if I ever come back again in need of repairs and need a rental car, please use Enterprise and not Hertz. A much sharper company and you can almost throw a baseball from your parking lot and roll it across the bridge to their driveway.

The quality of work was fine. The only negative experience I had was when I dropped my vehicle off and a representative went over the estimated work I asked about additional work. I believe his name was mark. I found him condesending, and rude. I believe the problem was miscommunication about how I wanted a touch up on scratches. Blending the repAirs in with the existing paint. This is when he became very rude and seemingly argumentative. I became uncomfortable and told him to forget it. The situation seemed to defuse and then he explained that he would give me an estimate for painting the whole fender and doing body work to bring it back to original condition. This is not what I wanted as I didn't want to spend another $875. I just wanted the scratches touched up while they had paint set up etc. also mentioned to him that I was told the work would take two days he said no there is much more work here then two days again in a rude and condesending manner we will call you and let you know. I left thinking if I had to deal with him I wouldn't go there again. However the rest of the staff were very friendly the work looks to be well done. And the truck was back a day earlier then the second estimate. I. Like the warranty and the updates through email. Overall good experience except for mark.

The work was completed in a timely matter a day ahead of schedule and the body repair was a quality job. All the people that I dealt with were professional and courteous.
