We thought something was taken out of our vehicle we went back to the dealership and come to find out it was put in a completely different space. Once the guy figured that out he was very rude almost like claiming we did it on purpose. For this sole reason I will never but lease or bring my vehicle to be fixed at billingsley! You guys took a good experience and made it bad in one moment.

The passenger window was scratched & not fixed. There are two spots where the paint didn't adhear & will eventually start chipping. And the bumper isn't right. Plus now my car won't start everyday & I have a new battery. I've never had any problem with my car starting since I got the new battery until Billingsley worked on it.

I just wish the communication had been better. I appreciated the text message updates, but they were off date-wise. The text said my car would be done by Tuesday at 4pm, and I'd get a phone call if there was a delay. Never got a call saying it would take until Friday morning to get my car back. If my dad hasn't gone and checked things out throughout the week, I'm not sure I would've heard from the body shop myself. At the end of the day, my car is finally fixed, and that's all that matter. Just been a slightly frustrating process.

I was impressed with the quickness of completion. The paint looks fantastic, it matches the rest of the car; not sure why other body shops have difficulties matching the factory paint when painting a single panel. Thank you team Billingsley!
