The car was to be completed in 3 days. A "small" dent was found @ 440.00! SEVEN days later car returned...had to ask for the supplement, then had to ask for the breakdown of the supplement. I don't know how many e-mails sent, changing the date of completion! I would have rented a bigger car had I known it would have taken so long and over the weekend. My weekend plans were canceled because of this debacle. I'm not sure a human voice ever thanked me for my business or apologized for my inconvenience. You asked! It'll be interesting, if there is a follow up on this...maybe another e-mail!!!?
