Everyone was nice and professional. The paint is clearly not of the same whiteness as the rest of the car. Jared mentions that it was mixed as per standard configuration via VIN paint coding. He mentions that past UV and the substrate being plastic lends themselves to paint discoloration. He assured me that since the repair is life-time guaranteed, that my concern of having Hyndai reject the car when I go to return it at end of lease. Jared committed South Shore Collision would then have to fix whatever might be the problem with this repair. Secondly, Enterprise car rental process was quite unnerving. Even though it was very convenient to have dedicated person in the shop to take all my info, he did make certain that I knew that I would be responsible for any and all scratches/dents (size of a golf-****) and as he went around the car he was pointing to things that someone would not call a scratch by any stretch of the imagination, and made me sign their paper, triplicate form in 4 places. I understand that I am responsible for the car, but the minutia that he was referring to, put me on edge for the duration of the rental. Upon return this morning, the dedicated person was not in your office, and I was told to just leave the keys with South Shore Collision. I was very uncomfortable with not having someone from Enterprise inspecting the car at this point of release, after all the hubbub about responsibility for damage. Your office kindly called down to the Island Park office and Adam there offered for me to drive the car down to him for inspection. I did so, and when he inspected and cleared the car verbally, I asked if I would then be given paperwork releasing me from the rental agreement as having satisfied returning said car with no damage, I was told, "No we don't do that, we email you a receipt." Huh? I am handing you a triplicate form you made me sign, and now you are saying I do not get a paper receipt of that form? I was then told to drive the car back to South Shore and leave it there, again, now taking the risk (I have no release from the car, but it is now under Enterprise's control and direction) to drive it somewhere else where I have no idea if it gets damaged. This process is unduly stressful.

Jared is a complete professional. He was willing to work with me in all aspects of trying to get my vehicle fixed. Jared was easy to reach when I needed to, he said my vehicle would be ready by a certain day and he delivered. It was me who couldn’t get there in time to pick up my vehicle but he showed up early this morning to accommodate my request in getting my vehicle.
