The initial experience on day one was positive. Staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The job took exactly the time that was promised. Received email updates. Quality of the repair was excellent. Will return in the future.

As discussed with Greg and Lisa, the expectations of delivery date were not managed well. The original expectation was set at 5-6 days. Unfortunately, the challenges with the headlight caused the time to be 10 days. This could have been better managed with some proactive communications.
In addition, the paint work on the hood may need to be redone.
First time in 5-6 visits results were not perfect.

It was nice to receive follow up emails giving us in update on the repairs of the vehicle. It was also nice to meet the people in person they are very friendly and helpful. The check out process was excellent. They also informed us of a vehicle recall that was very helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I will recommend them highly two people that I know.

Outstanding service. Randy made all arrangements with my insurance company so I did not have to figure out anything. My car was repaired sooner than was expected saving a lot of money on my rental, Coordinated with Enterprise to have me picked up and dropped off. A real professional operation. Thank you.

NWC has decided me an outstanding job. From the initial phone call they have been on the **** and provided me with updates frequently. They delivered my vehicle to me earlier then I expected. They also detailed my car. Who does that? NWC does and they do it with professionalism. I will exclusively use them with out a doubt. Thank you NWC. NWC sets the "gold standard" when it comes to customer service. They are always working to make pick ups and drop offs convenient, and they take meticulous care of my vehicle. Every time they return my Jeep to me, they have carefully washed and cleaned both the inside and the outside. That is utterly fabulous! Love NWC!
