With as bad as Nationwide insurance was in handling the accident, Victory Auto Body was quite the opposite. The whole experience was fantastic, from the customer service, the email updates on progress, and the amazing work done on the car. You even detail cleaned it for me which was a great touch considering I wasn’t able to wash it for a while. Not only were the repairs and paint match to the front and rear bumpers and front quarter panel perfect, but the car was washed and polished, the tires and trim dressed and the bent exhaust pipe straightened as a free extra!
