Let's start with the first impression. You were greeted promptly and pleasantly. The car was assessed right away and the technician explained what needed to be done clearly to a non-mechanic. Getting the text messages while being repaired, helped to ease any anxiety as to "why is it not ready yet"..good idea. It felt like the care was personalized, vs another "number". Thanks for the car wash/clean car.
