WHEN MY WIFE AND I WENT TO PICKED UP OUR 2004 TOYOTA SOLARA THE HOOD HAD TO BE REALIGNED AND THEIR WAS SOME TYPE OF MARK/SMEAR ON THE PLASTIC YOU LOOK THRU TO SEE THE ODOMETER, GAS GAUGE ETC. - THIS TOOK SOMEONE FROM THE SHOP ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO REMOVE. WHILE THE MARK/SMEAR WAS BEING REMOVED I NOTICE CRACKS ON THE DASH ABOVE AND AROUND THAT AREA AND ON OTHER AREAS ON THE DASH. THIS IS MY WIFE CAR AND I RARELY DRIVE HER CAR...I ASK HER ABOUT THE CRACKS ON THE DASH AND SHE SAID THERE WERE NO CRACKS ON THE DASH - EXCEPT FOR A CRACK ON THE GLOVE BOX - WHEN WE DROPPED THE VEHICLE OFF. WE MADE MR. NOEL AND THE MANAGER AWARE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PROBLEMS AND THE MANAGER SAID SHE WOULD CHECK PHOTOS THAT GEICO HAD OF THE VEHICLE AND WOULD BE CALLING US. HENCE, WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE AND WE ARE AWAITING A CALL FROM THE MANAGER TO RESOLVE THIS DILEMNA. I THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. 15 miles of gas was used because they had to deal with a light that would not go off. That is what I was told. Car came in to replace a door. No light was on when I brought cat in for repair. I had 80 miles to go and when I picked up car it said 65 miles. I took a picture when I dropped car off for repair. I was told they had to run the motor to get light off and I was told they had to run the air conditioner because the shop was too hot.

They had my vehicle for over a month. Once they claimed it was completed I brought my vehicle back 3 times due to **** repairs. I will never use this establishment for business ever again and u will tell all I no not to come here. I'm very dissatisfied with my services and repairs. Their excuse was well Ms we fired the guy who was doing your repairs so on and so fourth. Repairs were suppose to be completed in maybe 2wks took **** near a month and a have. I had new scratches and Knicks on my truck, they took items off my truck and didn't replace them until I had to speak with a manager. I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager for 2 more items that are missing on my vehicle that were taken off during repairs
