The job done on the car was great. I forgot to take my quarters and dollar bills out of my car that I use for tolls, and they were gone when I picked up the car. I signed that Signature Collision was not responsible for loss of any valuables left in the car, so I don't expect recompense, but I'm disappointed all the same.

Communication about repair work was frequent and informative. Throughout the process, efforts were made to keep me updated and aware of the repairs to my vehicle. Kia walked me through the process and explained everything. Dropping off and picking up my vehicle was fast and easy.

This was a horrible experience, and every point was worse than the last. I thought it was finally done with these repairs until I picked up my car over the weekend and I noticed you all only replaced one headlight, which looks ridiculous. I will need to come back to get that fixed too so both are replaced.
