Unfortunately, we did not have a very favorable experience. Our car was over a week late being returned to us and with very little update information particularly after the date for which the repairs were due to be completed. Also, when we picked up the car there was a problem with a broken cover to our gas intake. This was not a problem before we brought the car in for repair on our front end. Unfortunately it is incredibly inconvenient to bring the car back to try to get it fixed. So this is a huge inconvenience for us. It makes our impression of our experience very unpleasant.

I was sent a text that my car was done. I went to pick it up and it wasn't done so I had to come back again at the end of the day. Then when I got to the parking lot to drive it out of the lot, the back of the drivers side mirror was still all scratched up so now I have to go back AGAIN to have that installed once they order it and paint it. Then, when I got in the car and drove away, I noticed the front frame of the drivers side mirror is also still all scratched up. The order said they replaced the mirror but apparently that didn't include fixing all the damage to the mirror case. So I called to let you guys know that the mirror frame was also scratched and could someone call me back and it's been a day and no one has returned my call. I got a text message thanking me for picking up my car today even though I picked it up yesterday. The work on the door looks good but the work on the mirror wasn't finished and your computerized communication is out of step with reality. I'm not a very happy customer.

We were told the car would be ready probably that day or the next (as repair was so small). Then we had a text saying it would be ready in 4 days time (Friday). We waited for a call to tell us it was ready to be picked up on the Friday but we received no message whatsoever. On the Monday I received a telephone call telling me it was ready. This is unacceptable. In addition the car was dirty and wasn't washed. When I booked it I asked if it could be washed (once the repair was completed) and I was told it would be. Another disappointment.

It took almost 3 times the estimate and nobody kept me apprised unless I called. When delivered, it was crooked. When straightened, it wasn't cleaned and is covered in smudges. Terrible experience.

The lack of communication, and coordination were highly unprofessional, and taking two weeks for relatively minor repairs is simply unacceptable and without excuse.

Although I could have been better informed about timelines, I was very impressed with the completion of the repair. I was very impressed with how clean the car came back. a simple thing, but I really appreciated it.

****. Custom floor matts my kids gave me are missing 2. Plastic parts on my trunk are not assembled correctly 3. After returning my rental car enterprise called me and reported damage to the car which I did NOT cause and which no one noticed at the time I dropped off the car- meaning that it was caused at Signature by someone after I dropped off the car. I called geico to report what happened. I am beyond frustrated by this experience Don S

The repair should not have taken 7 weeks. It was mishandled. The staff were polite and was unclear who dropped the **** multiple times. Would never go back to Signature or recommend.
