Repair was great although took alot longer than promised. Diappointed that when I drove home I noticed someone had gone through my glove compartment (various item were on the back floor) and my 50 sunglasses were missing. Immediately called the shop which was closed by now and left a message last night. Not even a call back as yet to say they searched the shop and found something or nothing. I consider this not good customer service. You reached out to me and this is my response.

The repair took more than 3xs longer than estimated, the communication that I did receive was via automated text, and was incorrect. I had to initiate all communication.
After the terrible experience, I picked my car up today. It didn't look right. The bumper looked misaligned. I questioned it and the manager's response was "they are all new parts", that's the way it's supposed to be. Reluctantly, I left with my car. When I got home, my husband immediately noticed. I called the adjuster immediately. I still have not relieved a return call. I then contacted Geico customer service inquire how to proceed. I have not been contacted by anyone to let me know how to proceed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the substandard service provided.

Everyone was lovely and my car looks beautiful. I wish the text updates for estimated date of finishing had matched when the car was actually completed. While it was nice the car was done earlier than anticipated it was frustrating to have to rearrange my schedule to come in during the shop's limited hours.
