I wish someone, whether the service rep, or my Geico rep, would have attended me to my car upon pick-up. I feel like an explanation, description, or to ask how I felt about the repair on-site would have been a nice gesture.

I was at your office several times while my car was being repaired. I told my wife that everyone I dealt with seemed to really like their job and really went out of their way to assist me. Bruce was especially attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend Oxmoor Collision Center.

Laura was inaccessible by phone the entire time my truck was in the shop. I asked her about fixing some other damage on the truck that was not in the original quote. She told me once they started working on the truck they could try to get additional damage approved. Once I dropped my truck off 5 days later I tried to speak with her about the issue so it could All be repaired at the same Time. I called several times never getting a return call. All the whole My truck is making its way further through the repor process. I calll and call day after day and never get a response. Then she finally told me my extra claim was denied but when I checked with nationwide they told me the extra damage had never even been submitted by Laura for review. By he time I could even get a price on the additional damage my truck was already out back together, meaning additional hours would be charged to start a new repair since parts would have to be removed again. To top it all off she TEXTED me at 6:15 on a Friday night of a long holiday weekend to tell me my truck was ready and I could come get it the next morning between 8am and noon. My schedule was already booked that morning and but since the truck was done I had to return the rental car, which meant I went all of Memorial Day weekend without a car. Basically my experience with oxmoor collision center was terrible in every way possible. I was ignored and lied to throughout the process and not even treated with common decency. I would have a hard time recommending anyone bring their vehicle here to be repaired.

It appears that the right side of the rear bumper that was replaced has a larger than usual gap between it and the rest of the body. At least larger than the left side. Enough that the brackets on the inside are visible up close.
