Although it was a terrible experience being hit in an accident I couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed on my car along with the excellent customer service that I received from every staff member I dealt with. I also really appreciated how I was kept up to date with the daily messages on how my car was progressing through the repair process and was surprised that it was finished days earlier than the original estimate. I was also pleased that my car was washed and cleaned and vacuumed inside! Thank you all for a job done

The rental car was on empty when I picked it up. I rent cars all of the time and have never had that happen. I was not sure I would make it to a gas station. Remarkably shabby and uncaring service from them. The repair of my car is excellent.

I was told my car would be done Wednesday then when I called it would be ready Thursday when I called Thursday they had to order more parts would be there in the morning on Friday and it would be ready around noon. When I called after noon on Friday I was told it would be ready at 4. I got a call at 330 to let me know my car would be done at 430. I live aprox an hour away and was at work until 6 so I was not able to get my car until Saturday which in turn I had to pay an extra day on my rental because Geico only covered me up to Friday. With past experiences else where my car was always washed and vacuumed out and if this was done at Oxmoor it was done poorly! I will not be going back or recommend!

There was over an hour wait for the rental car-
I was given the impression that the rental would be quick. I would have just come in an hour later if I had known there would be such a long wait. The collision service was fine, but I would've appreciated knowing a little more indepth what was looked at and that the car was safe- ie bumper cover was replaced but what is the integrity of bumper? Was my alignment checked, etc. would've given me more confidence. Everyone was nice.
