Wesley was amazing! He kept me informed throughout the process. When wrong parts were sent and when they found more damage then initially thought, he called to let me know it would take a little longer then anticipated. He handled extending the rental car which was awesome. Also when I called the morning to was supposed to be done they got it done 4 hours earlier so I could have it for work since I wouldn't be able to get off before they closed. Plus my car was washed and vacuumed which I wasn't expecting at all but it was a very welcome surprise.

Boy are you guys in trouble. I had repairs to my car via a Geico insurance claim. The repairs included the replacement of the left headlight assembly. I asked the shop to "replace" the right headlight assembly at my expense due to it had lost it's seal. They agreed and said that Geico had agreed to supply the labor. I picked up the car today and paid 318.95 for a right headlight assembly. As evening fell, the right headlight started to collect condensation on the inside. Upon closer look, the headlight assembly had NOT been replaced. Someone had simply applied a small amount of black sealant along the top seam of the assembly. The Geico bill includes .3 hours labor applied to the right headlight. I am to assume this is for labor to apply the sealant. All I can say is, boy are you guys in trouble. Curtis S
