It was a pleasure doing business with AutoNation. Going to the claim and repair process after being in a car accident can be a stressful and tedious process, but AutoNation made it a breeze. The car was taken in right away and was completed ahead of schedule. I especially liked the text message alerts that were sent throught the course of the repair process. It not have to worry about calling and playing phone tag just to see where is the repair process things were. Most importantly my car looks brand new! The work came out better than expected and it gives me great piece of mind knowing that it comes with a lifetime warranty. Chris was very friendly and has great customer service. He gave me all the information I needed and I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his hand. He even went the extra mile in taking care of communication with the insurance company! I will certainly do busniess with AutoNation again and now have a great referall to give family and friends.

They did a wonderful job on our shop car plus kept us informed of progress. Plus customer service was special due to a medical issue I have. Very happy with Auto Nation...would definitely refer you.

The actual bodywork and guest service from Chris was excellent (and I just rated him with excellent scores on the overall service survey), but the alignment is still off as the car pulls to the right. I visited Action Gator at 7am on Saturday to have them recheck their work, but they wanted me to leave my car there the entire day and have someone pick me up. I just didn't want to go through another full day of not having a vehicle, inconveniencing a friend to pick me up/drop me off, or having to get another car rental for the day. I'll just have it realigned properly when I visit my own mechanic for my next oil change. But thanks again for the awesome bodywork!

Everything was done very well and efficiently. I was contacted with updates every day and the job was finished a day early. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Roger was fantastic. He was my contact from drop off to pick up and made my repair experience easy. He was great about keeping me updated and extremely personable. While I hopefully don't anticipate needing repairs soon I would return to auto nation again if need be.

Very professional . Very helpful ! Chris made the entire process easy and pleasant . Looked out for my interest . Completely handled everything perfect. My vehicle was hit by a hit and run driver ! Thank god I retreved the tag . Once farmers insurance was identified , Chris took over and fixed everything . And assisted me in getting a rental comparable to the vehicle I drive.
