Customer service was horrible, specially from Roger. Upon arriving to get my vehicle it wasn't properly repaired and it also had incurred new damage to the same area that was there for repair. I notice this damage and asked Roger what happened. He stated that his technician damaged it during the initial repair and that he would order the part and as soon as it got in he would call me. At that time I notice my liftgate wasn't working and that was one of the main reasons the vehicle was there. I informed him that it was most important that the liftgate was repaired immediately because I transport my mother medical equipment (specifically her wheelchair) Roger immediately became agitated and said" I told you I would order the parts and would call you when they came in. Clearly I was upset because my vehicle was there for over ten days and wasn't properly repaired and incurred more damage. On top of that, they even left material that was used to repair my car inside the vehicle with residue on my belongings. (I took pictures).Throughout the whole ordeal Roger was insensitive to the situation. I expressed that I wasn't happy with his customer service and the way I had been treated by AutoNation staff, and in the manner in which they handled my vehicle. He then brought up me having to pay 120.00 for a service in which wasn't related to the accident as to why I was angry, as if my vehicle hadn't been there for over ten days, my liftgate wasn't fixed, and more damage had been done to my car. I was in disbelief! He also stated my my vehicle was dumped on him by Chris(his exact words) and he wasn't aware of the liftgate issue however, it was written on my invoice and had just failed to be repaired. Overall, my experience was horrible with AutoNation. There was way too much miscommunication amongst the staff regarding my vehicle. They were insensitive as to the obvious reason why I was not satisfied by the mishandling of my vehicle. I didn't even receive a notice from the manager trying to rectify the issue. I expected more from a reputable company like AutoNation. Due to my horrible experience I will never use this company again. Teresa N

I can't express enough how satisfied I am with my decision to choose Auto Nation to fix my car. I have used other companies in the past and have been left disappointed. Chris Hadley was exceptionally proficient, professional and most of all made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Thanks Chris!!!
