I was handled with kid gloves! Customer service was excellent and quickly I was put at ease. When my BMW was damaged by Mother Nature with high winds and rain I was upset. I cannot control nature and my car was damaged due to the awning which I park my vehicle in a carport was blown down! I never saw this coming. When Geico told me I had to go to Fix auto, Oceanside, I wanted to stay local in Encinitas and have It fixed by dealership but now I'm so glad I did! Les Haye estimator took detailed notes and carful to go over all the damages on my car. He kept me updated via Tezt msg and called a couple times explaining the process. My BMW looks beautiful! Geico hooked me up with. BMW SUV and my work was not interrupted. Jason from Geico was helpful with rental car. I'm very pleased and would recommend Fix Uto to my friends and family . Kathy V

My car was overdue by a week due to a wrong part order. Now when I received the car back the alignment is not correct as it pulls to the right. This puts me in a tough position because if I take the car back it will more than likely take several days to return. I do not have money to rent a car especially since I had to keep it a week longer than expected. One of the final things I was waiting on was an alignment(that was sublet from what I'm told) and it was not fixed properly.

My ;pleasant experience started with making appointments to get estimates and have repairs on one of two claims. Your staff and processes with constant communication of the status on my repairs was and is very professional, knowledgeable and comforting to be made aware of what is being done and time frame to do repairs. Jose, Amanda and Ruby are awesome Fix Auto names that are responsible for such a successful business and rewarding experience. I will definitely refer all auto repair needs to your organization.
