The customer service at Fix Auto is outstanding. The staff are courteous and they care. They make you feel very comfortable and give you peace of mind that your car is in good hands. From the moment you walk in to the moment you pick up your car. The follow up Is second to none. And unfortunately my PT Cruiser and I know as I've had a few instances where I've needed repairs. I've been here before and the service was great then but it's just keeps getting better. I told Geico I only wanted my car repaired here. The date I was finally giving my car was two weeks after the date that I was told it would be ready. There was no reason that my insurance company couldn't approve the fixing since they knew I was out of the country and I was only paying the deposit anyways. I had to postpone and reschedule numerous appointments that I had during these two weeks. Since this was not to my negligence they should have offered me a rental vehicle and taking care of the cost in my perspective. Then I would have been satisfied
