Fix Auto is the best Auto shop I ever been to! Very organized, excellent customer service, and off course excellent work on my car I got my car on time. Just when I was about to call I got an email with updates Of my car and it made me even more impressed and very happy! Thank you to Arnuld Olivares for taking really good care of me I appreciate your excellent customer service. Thanks to front desk Nicole for your help and excellent customer service and thank you to Carmen or Carol with long straight hair (front desk) she was great but I would of love to see her smile and I would have like for her to greet me when I walk in with something like "Hello" or "Hello, what can I help you with?" Instead of her waiting for me to say something but other than that everything was great. I still like her she was great just some tips don't take it personal :) Great job! I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

The staff is great. Everyone I came in contact with took the time to explain to me what the sequence was, and what would happen next. Keith was patient, explaining the best way to approach making my X-5 look like new again.

Hands down the best service I have ever received. Fix Auto not only did an amazing job with making my car look like the brand new car it is, but also made the process easy as can be. I never had to wonder what was going on or how soon my car would be available as I received daily updates. Not to mention that my car was done 2 whole days prior to the expected date! Les was amazing, as he ensured I received all info I needed throughout the process. Best part was as soon as I received a text from Fix, Les was right behind it with a call following up. As a corporate trainer for Customer Service, i strive to train my employees to execute the highest level of service and Les did just that!! Picked up the truck a day early as promised. Very highly satisfied with the work on the vehicle. Went to put gas in my car after picking up from the shop and the shop forgot to reinstall The Gascap Assembly under the truck bed. When I remove the gas cap the bottom fell out under the truck. will return to shop today to get fixed.

I was aided by a crew of very polite and professional employees, especially a Mr. Keith Baxter, the person that managed my Camry's repairs. Hopefully there will be no reason to go get my car repaired again, but if there is I would gladly take it back to this shop. My whole experience was very smooth and pleasant.
