In office staff: office girls were not friendly and seemed to not know what they were doing. I came into the office twice and each time they seemed confused to policies and processes that I needed answers on. They never smiled and actually acted liked they hated their job. ????But the text messages were very helpful during the process and when I picked up the car the guy that showed me my car was very enjoyable ????. And super nice. My engine light is on now so I''m not sure if it was because you guys unplugged the battery or what: would of been nice to know when I picked up the car that it was result of that but I'll take it in to the shop.
