My experience with Fix auto was exceptional. I was kept up to date via text messages and Tina Perez Prestigiacomo was fantastic. Her customer service was outstanding. She is friendly, called me personally and kept me posted and was very informative. She knew what she was talking about and very very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending fix auto to anyone and I would get them to ask for Tina. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of repairing my car and dealing with the little things. As a very busy mum I knew I was in good hands and I greatly appreciated it.

I received great communication from the team,especially Keith, as to how far a long they were with the repairs. Not many places take the time out of their busy days to call a customer and update them which is why I was very please with that professionalism from Fix Auto. I am very satisfied with the end result of the repair and would most definitely recommend this shop to friends and family ????
