She was knowledgeable, informative, efficient,considerate, and went above and beyond to secure the most beneficial and cost-effective repair possible. The front office staff did a great job of communicating and assisting with the necessary paperwork required in regard to the repair. The automotive technician performing the repair of my bumper was supremely skilled.His expertise and specialization saved me added expenses and the results were outstanding. Lastly, Tina Perez coordinated a shuttle ride from the car rental office to FixAuto, saving me time, trouble, and money. The young man providing the ride was patient, courteous, and a real pleasure to interact with. FixAuto gets a big thumbs up, 5 gold stars, my appreciation, and a definite recommendation to others as the best go-to auto repair shop in all of San Diego county.
