Team coordination between the insurance company (Geico)rental car company (Enterprise)and repair company (Fix) made the repair of my car seem flawless. Everything was handled onsite at Fix and was a very smooth experience. The updates on the repairs via text messages were frequent and thorough. Most importantly the repair job was excellent and my original fear of mismatched color and noticible repairs were allayed. The explanation of ever minute detail of the repairs insured me that everything done was necessary. Overall excellent experience!

I liked how I got txt messages through out the whole time my car was in the shop and also the phone calls and honesty from you guys. One big thing too was that you guys used genuine parts for the car I was driving. It was a nice experience thank you.

I was extremely pleased with the friendly customer service as well as the diligence, competence and hard work demonstrated by the staff helping to repair my car. Troy and the other individuals responsible for getting my car properly repaired went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and effectively. Thank you for making this a seamless process for me by helping with the rental car in the meantime as well! I would recommend fix auto Oceanside to others who might need their service. Thanks again!

I felt incredibly spoiled from our experience with Fix Auto in Oceanside. It’s hard having to give your car up for days at a time but fix auto made it SO easy! They were so kind, very straight forward and stuck to their word. The professionals we worked with from Geico were amazing as well. And we LOVED our driver! She was just so awesome to be around and even helped me take out and put in my two sons car seats. As unfortunate as it is to have to go without a car, Fix Auto made things a lot easier for us and we’re very quick and eager to get the problem fixed.

From the first moment I walked in the service provided by the
staff there exceded my expectations.
Being the first time I had had to use a collision shop the
service I got from Lindsey,Keith and the Enterprize
Rep were outstanding. There is a sign posted as you walk into the office
that states what their Goals are.
In my opinion they filled those goals.
I would definately use them again if I have too and
also recommend their service to others.
