ARNULD was the bomb! I have worked with him several times before. I have always had him as my agent and I will always request him. He is very personable, pleasant, and professional. I feel like there is a strong relationship. Hoping that I don't have any more accidents, but if I were to need repairs I would absolutely go back to fix it AUTO
