When I dropped my vehicle off at Fix Auto Carlsbad is was not making an obscure sound. After it was transferred to Fix Auto Oceanside it began making a severe “clicking” sound. I will be pursuing them to fix it. I do not recommend using Fix Auto.

It took way too long for relatively minor repairs. I brought the car in on Monday at 7:30, I didn’t get it back until 5:30 on Friday. I don’t know if I was in the back of the line because I have geico insurance or if the $2400 in repairs was too small of an amount. If I need future repairs, I’ll go somewhere that can fix my car in a timely manner. Thanks

Great communication via updates from Arnold by phone and by text messaging. I have never received this kind of communication from an auto mechanic shop before. Car was done two days ahead of time. Work on car looks great car. It washed and looked brand new. Also appreciated the service of our being able to leave our enterprise rental car there.
