Fix Auto Oceanside

I was supposed to pick up my car on Thursday @ 5pm but was informed by text message at 4:30pm that there was a dent in my left door. I was unable to pick up my car on Friday so I went on Monday after work. Upon inspection I found I now had a chip above my passenger side rear tire. Touch up paint was applied but I can still see the spot. In addition, as I was driving home my check window washer solution light came on 3 times. The window wash solution bin had been damaged in my incident and I had assumed fixed. I have asked to speak tothe manager prior to leaving Fix Auto but was told he was in a meeting. I hope to speak with him tomorrow. Other than these things, my car looks great. Everyone was friendly and my car was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Elisabeth stayed in touch with me so I knew what was going on every step of the way.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car was finished a week ahead of date promised. I also appreciated the text and phone follow up on the progress of my repairs.

Elizabeth was awesome. She kept me up to date every step of the way. The repair took longer than expected but the result of the repair was outstanding.
