The front line desk staff was very welcoming and very polite . I worked with a lady name Tina and she was amazing from the beginning to the end regarding my services . She kept in contact with me regarding my car and she also explain the damages . Her customer service was great that’s how i knew my car was going to be in good hands .

I commend your shop for the time Keith took explaining the charges. However, I do not believe the combo of Fix Auto and Geico were fair in the assessesment and repair of the allingement issue. Since the accident and subsequent repair the allingement seems to be off. The visible repairs done were excellent though!
