Joe did an excellent job. Good team effort. The two ladies at the front desk called me frequently to keep me informed. Everything was very well organized and coordinated between the insurance co., rental car co., and hyundai dealer.
This is my second experience (repeat customer) and it was as good as the first. The great leadership behind the scenes is evident.

He pulled the team together and finished my truck well before the predicted time. With an added bonus of a very highly detail job at no cost.
