I thought the people were great, and answered all my questions. The work was beautiful and also done on time. They worked with my schedule and were there to listen to any questions I might have had. They also handled all the paper work with my insurance company. Although I hope to not see them again, no accidents to my car please, if I did need work to be done, I would definitely go back to Shattuck Auto Collision. Please do use me as a reference.

Re: 2012 Volvo XC 70My experience with Shattuck Collislion Body shop was excellent! Jim-manager & Kelly-in office- were professional from my first call to the shop -a day after my accident. The staff arranged to have my car towed from my home to the shop & met with me the following day to go over the repair process. I appreciated knowing exactly what needed to be repaired-the steps involved. The office kept me posted often via text alerts...with updates & revised completion date estimates. I had many questions-one being a follow up appointment to apply the paint sealant -Cilajet/plus- that was applied on my car when I purchased it new from the showroom at Mc Kevitt's Volvo in Berkeley. Jim assured me that after the new paint settles in-he will make arrangements to have the paint sealant (Cilajet-plus) applied to the new parts of the car/hood & front painted areas around the front head lights & side front panels by front tires. All my concerns have been professionally addressed & answered. It was good to know my car was in very good hands! Jane C Backus-2/8/2016
