Brian went above and beyond the Call of Duty to fix my Dodge Ram. We've been in the Kingwood area since the early eighties and Kenneth's does a good job and we will be back with them again if needed.

I love using Kenneth's for my repair needs. The results are always amazing. My only recommendations are as follows: ****. You need more accuracy in your time needed to repair estimates. A five day insurance estimate actuality took 8 business days from a Monday. This created some logistics problems for me. 2. More effort is needed to provide updates via phone calls. Your office has started relying too heavily on vague email updates that do not provide any explanation in regards to the status of the repair or in other words its progress. I think you have a great shop and do fantastic work, and if you improve these two things your customer service will be fantastic too.
