Repair looks great and the rear door operates well. Ricky and Ann were great. The repair took longer than estimated due to additional damage, which I am glad they found and fixed and they dealt directly with USAA. Unfortunately neither Andrews nor USAA informed me of the delay which extended through the weekend until Monday afternoon. It caused a problem with my rental, added expense for me and resulted in no rental for several days. A minor irritant. Otherwise great service and delivery.

you are the worse dealer i have ever seen. You didn't fix my car which you wrecked in the first place. i would think you would have gone above and beyond to help and be sure it was fixed right since you wrecked it. But you just don't care, and it showed. As i sit here today 6 weeks after your technician wrecked my car, i still have no car, and have to fight with you to do the job correctly. You should be embarrassed and jumping through hoops to be sure i am happy, but its just the opposite, you obviously have so much business that you just don't care. I await my car back and can only hope it has not been further sabotaged by your dealership. I have filed a formal complaint with land rover today and i will consider other actions next week pending the outcome of your latest "i'm sorry" we will fix it give us another week" comment. Your body shop asked me for one more week which i have granted, my patience ended weeks ago. By the way i was lied to at least four times during the wait, totally unacceptable. This is my fifth land rover and i have lived in three states, i never had an experience this horrifying. and i'm 60 years old and have had 30 or so cars. Never, never, never. Shame on you.

I took my car to Andrews on June 27 and it took 2 months for the repair to be completed...I called Mark Moyer for information...He just kept telling me he needed another week...He finally would not return my calls, and my brother and I had to make a visit to Andrews to check on my car...It was then completed the next week...I love my car and it is fixed good...I just got very frustrated at the service toward the end...
