The repair and the turn around time were excellent. The updates on the repair status were outstanding.

I did not receive any updates on the vehicle. I had to call to see if the car was ready and it was so I wonder when it became ready and why wasn’t I contacted. Secondly, the car was not washed. Any time I’ve had a repair on my car, no matter by who, the car has always been washed. Not impressed.

It was sure a pleasure to get know your front office staff very pleasant and very professional Associates, you should be very proud to have such great team members. And I would also like to say thanks to the guys that worked on my car. I couldn’t even tell the difference from the side that was repaired I was looking at the wrong side of the car. I had to be corrected . All I can say is you GUYS ARE WINNING. Go Anderews.

Courteous, excellent service

The day I dropped off the vehicle I was told by my insurance company to drop the vehicle off as they had already setup an appointment. The personnel that was working the front desk was very polite; however, without taking my information they initially told me I would not be able to drop my car off for approximately two weeks even though one of the representatives was sitting at the desk doing nothing. Once they actually took my information the realized I was already in the computer, finally checked out my car and called Enterprise for me. The clear protectant was not replaced on the car. I was told I needed to bring the car back in 30 days to have the protectant installed after the paint cured. Nothing was mentioned about when I should return the car for the protectant to be applied. On a scale from ****-10 for satisfaction I would rate the customer service a 6 and overall satisfaction a 4.

Everyone was great. The work was done quickly and I was kept apprised of updates. Being give a ride home and to pick up my vehicle was a huge help. Thanks again.
