Everyone is so polite. My car was repaired to like new. My only complaint is that I asked for the car to be cleaned (& vaccuumed)inside & out. That was not done. Otherwise I am totally satisfied. Thanks for a great job coordinating ((Edwina) between body & service shops!

Some of the paint in my front bumper could have been a little smoother around the edges. Not entirely sure the radiator support pulled back out. But over all good job. My car is back on the road

My car was involved in an accident on a Monday afternoon. I was able to drive it to Andrews for repair, and the collision shop's later hours afforded me time to get it to their shop that same day. The repair was an insurance claim, and Ann Martin shared with me that they'd be expecing the insurance company to look over the car. Once Andrews received the go-ahead from the insurance company, they quickly repaired my car, keeping me informed of the status. Tony called me on several occassions and answered questions I had regarding the parts that may be used on my car. My car was ready on a Friday and the checkout process was simple and easy and friendly. On Saturday, I backed my car out of the garage for an "inspection". I noticed that the fog lamp that was replaced was not near as bright as the one that hadn't been replaced. ARGH! So I took a picture and sent it to Tony, with my little remark of disgust of "if one person had taken the time to look at it prior to being returned to me, certainly they'd have noticed the difference". Tony was "johnny on the spot" calling me, arranging to bring me a loaner and picking mine up - as not to inconvenience me, the customer. After close inspection at the collision center, Tony shares with me that the original fog lamp that hasn't been replaced, is actually not performing to high standards due to the chipping of the exterior glass. OK, certainly this didn't sound right to me because, really?, a newer light bulb is less bright than an old one? Tony is in the car business, I'm not, and I am convinced that Tony knows what he's talking about. Tony then replaced the lamp that hadn't been replaced since it wasn't broken (in the accident), all in the name of taking care of the customer and "doing whatever it takes". HUGE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION REPORT! :) Thank you to your entire Collision Center Team, even those working behind the scenes who aren't mentioned by name in this review.
