Currently working with Ricky the Collision Center manager to resolve the situation. Car was damaged in shop (in a different place from the original damage), so now additional paint work is required. This, after already challenging repair experience (late, no communication from estimator, etc).

Worst experience I have ever encountered to tell you the truth. Was promised my car would be done in two days. It took 13 days. Was promised updates on my vehicle each day when I was promised “it would be done by EOD” each day and it hadn’t even been started. Wasn’t given a rental car until I was going on week two without a car. Once people in the office knew my caller ID they gave me a little more attention. Would have LOVED to be told upfront that y’all were behind schedule instead of just letting my very expensive car sit in a lot the whole time. Isn’t that what appointments are for?

Mark Moyer was great!.. We got our keys and were looking at the car in the parking lot when Mark came out to make sure we were happy with the work. The trunk lid still look unaligned and with no hesitation Mark said let me pull it back in, give me 10 Minutes to see what we can do.... Less than 10 Minutes later Mark pull back up and it looked perfect. Great Service!
