Hi Marc -- This is a tough one... for two reasons: ****. I like you... so much so that I chose you instead of Pride Auto at BMW in SO (who always handled my other BMWs and was literally only 6 different in price) exclusively because you own your own business and I wanted an old world craftsmanship touch. 2. The choices given here are extreme which makes this difficult to answer (completely satisfied?) I can't say I am in candor because from certain angles you can still see the crease made by the license plate impression and somehow in the reconditioning the shape of the bumper on the left side is no longer symmetrical with the right factory side shape... So is it the end of the world? No. Of course not. But I can't also say that I am completely satisfied either as it does bother me ... primarily going back to point # **** above, because I specifically chose you wanting the car returned to exactly the original factory shape. Since you asked for the marketing feedback... there you have it.

I feel very fortunate to of met Mark Lasky . I was referred to him by my car salesman. My car went in on Thursday and was finished within 5 days. I expected 10 days plus. I had a miserable situation (wrecked car) turn into a pleasant experience.
