The wait for my rental car was way too long. It should have been ready ahead of time. I had to wait more than an hour to get checked out. Not cool.

The repair itself turned out great, and Heritage worked with me to get the car in as soon as possible given that that the car was unsafe to drive. My only complaint is that the e-mail I received told me to pick up the car on 12/24/14 at 4:30 PM and when I got to the collision center a few minutes before 4:30, they were closed. The sign on the door said they closed at 4 PM that day. This caused me to have to keep my rental car three days longer because of the holiday and I had to make an unnecessary 30 min drive (each way). This could have been avoided if the person sending the e-mail had proof-read it. Other than that, I am completely satisfied and I will use Heritage Collision again in the future if I need any body work!

I loved having access to Geico, Heritage, and Enterprise all in the same place. I cannot imagine a more convenient experience. The only criticism I have is that the parking lot is very crowded. I was really scared bringing back the rental because I felt like I was always in danger of bumping another car.

Jarad was great at keeping me updated about my car's progress- I appreciated him letting me know what was happening and when I could expect my car to be finished. When I picked up my car, someone drove my car up under the lights so I could see the repairs. I am very happy with my service!

I was under a tight schedule and your team did everything they could to make sure I had my car when I needed it. Jared was particularly polite and respectful and did an excellent job.

Jarad Aull was outstanding to work with. His customer services skills are fabulous. He communicated with me periodically throughout the process, I knew exactly what was going on and when I could get my car back. There's a slight adjustment needed on the drivers side door to get the window to seat correctly to the convertible top and Jarad said they could take care of that. Having Enterprise there too was an added bonus, smooth seamless process and I was in and out in a flash. Great job!

I have never experienced such professionalism when having repairs done for any of my vehicles. I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs daily and everyone at Heritage Collision Center was kind, helpful and friendly. After being in an accident, times can be stressful but the Heritage staff made it easier to deal with. Thank you again!
