One of my headlights has a large gap underneath it. ThIs gap was not there prior to dropping off my car and is being blamed on my aftermarket headlights. These are not cheap eBay headlights, Thousands of other people run these headlights without issue.

Body work was excellent. However I received my vehicle back with my window tint scratched. As I left the parking lot my truck started shaking violently between 40-50 mph. And I submitted in writing my request for my parts to be returned upon completion and the letter was "never received" although I handed it to the manager himself. I also asked for a quote on rims and tires and a lift and waited 2 weeks and never received a quote. Still waiting for the quote 3 weeks later. Good body work. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

honestly most of the work was great and the customer service has been wonderful. My only two complaints: my drive side seatbelt was filthy and covered in dirt and some sort of grease and secondly, my windshield wipers squeak every time I use them which may not seem like a big deal but it's really annoying and it never used to do that.

I sat in the waiting room for an hour after my pick up time because my vehicle wasn't ready. I looked in the back of my car after I got to my house and found a ridiculous amount of glass still in the back end, which was surprising due to the fact that i had to wait so long because it was still being "cleaned". Before paying I asked why there was a "remove/install" listed for a camera and camera panel since I didn't have one on my vehicle in the first place. I was told "I don't know" which was not very helpful. The overall costumer service was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was asked if I wanted updates and I said yes - I didn't any phone calls or text messages after that until the one that asked if I wanted an oil change. Every time I called no one knew about my vehicle or what the costs would be if there were any. When I finally went to get my car, the area that was repaired was damaged; scratches from the wash brush. The other areas that were painted had rough edges from being taped and not buffed out properly. I would not recommend body pros to other and will deal with my car not being perfect as opposed to taking a chance at bad service again. On the other side - the manager, Shelby and both ladies that did my bill were awesome to deal with - friendly and thorough.
