My car looks great inside and out, i love the attention 2 detail. I'd recommend body pros to anyone. Only thing i suggest is that if the work is going to take alittle longer than expected that you notify the client before the day of that they expect to pick it up. Great job thank you!

I didn't like that I was told my car would be finished within 3 hours and it took all day instead. I dropped it off the night before and still had to fuss about my car hopefully being ready by 5 pm. I received a text stating I'd be updated throughout the day but instead by 3:00, I was having to call you. I still never heard back for the rest of the afternoon. The excuse I was given was that you were waiting on the windshield installer to show. Don't offer to send updates if you aren't actually going to send them, and don't give a short time frame when you know you will have to have a second company to come and do part of the job.

It went in with perfect brakes, was driven home from Syracuse to Body Pros, and when picked up 2 weeks later (a week later than originally planned), the caliper locked up and the car was smoking/overheating with my newborn in the back. Front desk was actually extremely rude and didn't much care to have good customer service. But instead of paying an ADDITIONAL 500 for simply a brake job, I brought it to my father instead. Will never bring my car there again, will bring to Davidsons Collision next time!

Not satisfied it took 24 days to complete. I would call when my car was promised and told I could pick it up and at the end of the day I would get a text it would be more time. This happened 3 times, there are paint ridges on the bottom where it was taped when painted. I was told you would cover the extra expense for rental and the rental company knew nothing about it. I feel oyou are disorganized, the tape marks in the paint and imperfections in the paint, should have gone elsewhere
