Service and repairs are top notch

The facility looked very nice. Complimentary coffee was good. Repairs were competed very fast. My vehicle was Detailed when I received it. I dropped the vehicle off dirty and I received it cleaner than if I had spent 3 hours my self cleaning the vehicle.

My initial contact was with Bill ****, whom I previously knew and respected in the " car business." I appreciate his fine and professional service , however, everyone who was involved in my repair was courteous and capable. My car seems to be in perfect order. Thank you very much. I will definitely recommend Body Pros to my friends and family!

Highly unsatisfied with the service we received at body pros. When my vehicle was towed there after my accident I spoke to the front desk staff and told her I was only signing the paper for my car to have an estimate done, she completely disregarded what I said and work was started I didn't approve of. After speaking with 2 different people and receiving terrible customer service I thought that was enough. But after having my vehicle towed to another shop and seeing how you handled parts by putting them onto my back seat that's a whole new level. I've never had any professional shop think it's ok to put dirty parts onto leather seats with no protection and now I have a ripped seat as well as scuff marks on the back of my seats I'd say you win the award for worst body shop around. I work on Fort drum and I'm a cashier so please don't think I won't spread the word about how awful your shop is and how shady your staff is. Me and my husband are apart of a local car club and I'm sure we won't have any issues getting out the word about the terrible service you offer, also With my multiple claims in against you I'm sure USAA will be looking into whether continuing business with you would be a good idea for there reputation.

There iis dumps in the paint in Five to Six places where it looks like it has dirt underneath the paint. Also when they detailed it they got tire shine on the plastic rim and it stained it!!my husband took it back this am. This needs to get fixed!!!
