When I picked it up the engine wasn't working properly and there a shroud for the headlight is missing, I gave the shop a call and give them a visit

Unfortunately the estimated time was 6 days. The repair process took 15. The office called and told me that might truck was ready for pick up at 8:00 am. I arrived at 12:30 only to be told that it was not finished and would be another day. I was called three hours later to say it was now completed. I arrived to a finished truck. Although the body work was complete, I had also requested a complete interior detail. This was not completed. I was not billed for it either. It just seems that there is a lack of communication between the front desk, the shop crew and whomever sends out the random text updates. Body work looks good, customer service not so much.

I was satisfied with the work that my vehicle received. However, when I picked it up, I felt like someone should of walked me outside to my vehicle to show the work that was completed, and ensure I was satisfied with it. I had to ask them to unlock it, so I could verify the work myself. We made a verbal agreement to price match my mud flaps with dodge, and when I picked up the vehicle, I was told since he paid 50 for them he could not go any lower. It wasn't a big price difference, just the principal that we agreed to do them at the dodge price. Again, great work on the vehicle, I just think the customer service could be a little better. After spending 800 I never received a " Thanks for your business" of anything.

My car was returned to me in pristine condition. They cleaned everything which is especially amazing seeing as how they probably needed a full hazmat suit and I'm only talking about the inside of my car! The repair to the bumper looks great. I can't even tell that it was damaged and the car is smoothly. Thank you for taking pictures of the damage to the engine. Without those, my claim with Wal-Mart (they forgot to put the oil cap on after an oil change) would be a lot harder to process.

I thought that the experience was extremely easy. Everything was smooth from the initial consultation through final checkout. I appreciated the updates along the way, but most of all the professionalism all around. A car damaged by an unfortunate deer encounter turned into an opportunity to improve my vehicle cosmetically. I am extremely happy with the entire experience. Thanks to all.

You did not fix my jeep the paint doesn't not match. Also you did not put the jeep logo back on my hood. The biggest failure on your part was not fixing the internal damage of my vehicle. My vehicle started smoking from the engine compartment after driving less than 20 miles. I did not have my jeep for more than 4 hours after picking it up from body pros. By the way my jeep will be back at body pros tomorrow hopefully can fix my jeep correctly this time. Sincerely one pissed off customer!
