I was told to the car was ready to be picked up, so i went to pick it up on Saturday and it was missing pieces, and the lady there presented the car and i was looking it over and she said i needed to hurry up and make a decision if I was going to take it or not because she was the only one there. I was trying to look over the car and see what all was missing. She was combative about my findings. She was more concernef about being a child care provider than a collision specialist.

Well, body workon drivers door wasnt great . the window controler wont let the passenger window down from the driver side. The turbo which used to boost to 20 only gets 17 max. Also when it just idles the boost fluctuates which it didnt do before...turbos are not meant to be banged around .they are very delicate. And last thing when u drive it it has a noise and slight vibration which it didnt have at all.

I. brought my car back same day i picked it up. I noticed a a place on right front fender that didn’t look right . I’m sure my car did not have a chip in that fender before I brought it in . Jack the service guy informed me that it must of been there before and insurance doesn’t pay them to fix it , he wished he would of seen it before they painted it so they could of fixed it . It is a very small place but I can assure you it was not there before . So because of this very small blemish and the way he just kind a acted like it was no big deal , I am not satisfied . You were paid 8,300 no way a paint guy could have missed the small area. Sorry I’m not going to be satisfied. Thank you

Sound system was disconeccted and Andy could not tell me who disconnected. Andy was really upset because we were taking too much of his time with it. He just wanted us to pay and leave. When I first dropped the vehicle there to be repaired I asked the Lady at the office if the system was going to interfere for anything they were going to do, so I could take it or dosconeccted myself. She stated No.
