This is the second time we've used them. 1st time was for collision damage. 2nd was for hail damage. Jack was very helpful, always kept us up to date on progress, answered all my questions thoroughly. I'm amazed at how great our Honda Fit looked after it was finished. Great place. The guys that worked on the car did a great job. Andy, my go to guy was great! Those texts from the home office were misleading, they knew nothing about the timeline of the work on my car and just made me angry. You need to leave the work and the updates to the locals doing the work!

The paint on my front bumper repair was not well blended and you can see the color difference on the driver side bumper compared to the hood. This is very disappointing since they had my car 9 days which should have been plenty of time to do a good job. I will never return or recommend service king.
