My car was rear ended my tail lights are still not working I work nights so it's very important for my lights to be functioning correctly I paid my deductible of 500 and you guys couldn't check and fix my lights after I asked you to and I trusted your word that they were working and brought my car home so I I get ready to go to work tonight and my tail lights dash lights the sound that lets me now my lights are on when I turn my car off doesn't go on I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied before I got hit all my lights worked so I expected to get my car back the way it was before it got hit that's what you all said you would do .and you didn't I'm taking my car back to you tomorrow more time wasted

Return Jeep after repair still not fully satisfied , bumper has space between quarter panel new bumper may have solved that

The staff at Jim Burke made rainbows brighter, glitter more sparkly, puppies puppier and sunshine sunnier! They made sugar sugurier, springs bouncier, fun funnier and balls ballsier. They lifted the unrest from my heart and eased my worried soul. I only wish for the opportunity to share my experience with a loved one. To see them experience the same EXCELLENT service that is Jim Burke, would make my life complete. I don't see how I lived this long without the staff and their EXCELLENT service in my my world.
