Loved the text message updates. Not that I was bothered or anything, but please don't hesitate to be very frank with me if you know the center is quite busy and you won't be giving me a return phone call the same day you said you would. I am patient, but expecting a phone call all day and then going to bed realizing I was kept on my toes to no avail is a bit stressful.
