Everything was a smooth process and all the employees I encountered were very nice and really enjoyed their job. I was very thankful to get my car back in a timely manner looking even better than before. They also vacuumed my car which I really appreciate & gave me a vehicle manual, which I was missing when I bought my vehicle from the previous owner. Not only that, I immediately got my deposit back for my rental car which I really appreciate. thank you for the amazing service I recieved, Im really thinking about switching my insurance over to Geico because I had such a great experience. Thank you again.

They kept my car for an extra day and when I got it back the paint was chipping off the area they fixed, there was a dent still not fixed in the bumper and the brake light on the opposite side no longer was working so I had to bring it back and leave it for them to work on again eventhough I don't have a rental.
